How much does landscape maintenance cost in Los Angeles?
Most homes fall between $175 and $495 a month depending on lot size, visit frequency and what's planted. Every quote is fixed after a free site visit.
Do you offer one-time services?
Yes: cleanups, trimming, irrigation repair and planting can all be booked without a plan.
Do you do landscape design too?
Yes. Maintenance is our core business, and we also design gardens, especially drought-tolerant and lawn-replacement projects.
How do I pay?
Plans are billed monthly by card or ACH. One-time jobs are invoiced on completion.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. Most customers aren't. Just leave gate access and we'll text when we're done.
How quickly can you start?
New maintenance customers usually start within 1–2 weeks of the site visit, depending on the route.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Plans are month to month. We ask for 30 days' notice to cancel so we can plan the route.
Will it be the same crew every week?
Yes. Each route has a dedicated crew lead who knows your property, your gate code and your plants.
What if it rains on my service day?
We move you to the next dry day that week and let you know by text.
How often should my lawn be mowed in LA?
Weekly from about April to October while grass is actively growing, and every other week in the cooler months.
Can you help my lawn survive watering restrictions?
Yes. Mowing higher, aerating and adjusting run times all help grass root deeper and get by on fewer watering days.
When is the best time to trim hedges in LA?
Most hedges do best with a shaping every 6–10 weeks during the growing season. We fold that into maintenance plans.
Do you remove large trees?
Not in-house. For large trees and removals we refer you to a certified arborist we trust.
Is irrigation included in maintenance plans?
Every plan includes a monthly walk-through. Repairs are quoted before we do them, at plan-member rates.
Can you help me qualify for water rebates?
We can install rebate-eligible smart controllers and point you to current LADWP and SoCal Water$mart programs.
How fast can you schedule a cleanup?
Usually within 5–10 business days, sooner for pre-sale deadlines.
Do cleanups come with a plan requirement?
No. Many customers start with a cleanup and then decide on a plan.
Do you only design gardens you'll maintain?
No, but we design everything to be easy to maintain. Most design clients join a maintenance plan.
